As the co-owner of TEAM DDS, she has worked to establish the company’s business principally in four operational areas: financial, industry compliance, marketing and personnel issues. When asked she says, “As a woman, it is most unique to shepherd a company of brilliant craftsmen through the ever-changing and choppy waters of business - case in point, 2020!”

As an escape, she and Doug (Cosner, her husband and founder of TEAM DDS, Inc.) build their bucket list which includes motorcycle trips to Bryce Canyon, Monument, Zion and Arches National Parks and fishing trips to South America. In the meantime, downtime is devoted to their Tennessee get-away home, scuba diving, playing with their cats and letting her inner-artist shine (she has a degree and career history as an art therapist).
