What is the most unique part of the work you do in your role with TEAM DDS?

Project management allows me to take a “pile of stuff” and turn our clients dream into a very real office space, one they can comfortably spend and share their work hours in. The satisfaction that comes with ensuring client expectations and attention to detail are applied to every aspect of their build makes my day rather exciting.

What previous work have you done that led you to Team DDS?

Transitioning from a self-employed contractor allowed me to apply a unique view to the tasks I face. I can typically combine the expectations our clients, contract partners and own staff, finding the most efficient and effective way to make everyone’s day as easy and enjoyable as possible.

What are 3 things on your bucket list? 

• Enjoy an extended European tour, sampling unique culture and food in as many countries as I can fit!

• Take professional baking courses.

• Visit all 13 original colony capitals and dive into their history.
